This continuing education nutrition retreat is suitable for both students and professionals who love food and want to learn while they visit one of the most beautiful regions of Southwest France. This retreat is designed for small groups of four participants and includes both class time and field trips. Visit the sites of Castle Hautefort and the Museum of Medicine, stroll through the open-air markets, and discover prehistoric villages. All you need is a desire to learn, a good appetite, and a love of history and beautiful architecture to have a great time.

Meet at Brive-la-Gaillard train station at 2 pm and transfer to
Coly-Saint-Amand cottages to settle in to your room.
